Uh, yeah...my name's Kelsey, I just started college and I'm planning on studying Physical Therapy. I love music, whether it's intense and loud or slow with amazing lyrics. I'm pretty much wondering what I want to do with my life, and hoping to find some inspiration along the way. I guess you could say I have a pretty eclectic taste in, well, everything--but I guess you'd see that by looking through my blog haha. Um, occasionally I write poetry, but it's so random I never know when it'll come to me. Oh, and I'm also a hopeless romantic, but I'm sure you'll notice that right away. If you wanna know more about me, just ask :)

There's no way to describe the happiness I felt--
I thought I'd found someone who liked me, and it made my heart melt.
But sometimes initial perceptions are wrong;
Your heart dies a bit when you found out you've been led along.
What makes me special from the other girls you know?
I'm crying on the inside, but trying desperately not to show.
It's the fact that I was so happy that makes this pain so intense;
The fact that all those feelings were strung along by pretense.
I'll get over this mood shortly--don't worry about how I feel.
I guess I'll just keep looking for a love that's actually real.
